Same as life, thing don’t always work out. So, here are our return policies in case our products are default or you want to return or exchange items. You can return the purchase (except lingerie, underwear, swimwear, accessories and special orders) within 30 days from the date you received them.
Our distributor is based in the United States and Hong Kong. The postage for the return and all fees or taxes are your responsibility. Moreover, we do not cover your country’s import tax with the purchase. Contact us for more information.

We accept returns for refund or exchange. Please note that the customer is responsible for all shipping costs and these are non-refundable. The items need to be shipped to the manufacturer in the United States.
